● 80 grammes de mangue

● 80 grammes d’ananas

● 1 banane

● 100 ml de lait végétal

● 1 trait de sirop de Curcum

Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un blender et mixer.

Verser le smoothie dans un grand verre et garnir d’un brin de menthe fraîche, si désiré. Dégustez ce délicieux smoothie à l’orange !
