● 40 ml de flocons d’avoine

● 1 cuillère à café de cannelle

● 100 ml de jus d’orange

● 1 trait de curcuma

● 1 banane écrasée

● Orange, chocolat noir et menthe fraîche comme garniture

Des instructions

Mettre les flocons d’avoine, la cannelle, le jus d’orange, le curcuma et la purée de banane dans une casserole.

Chauffez-le jusqu’à ce qu’il commence à bouillonner et remuez bien.

Verser les flocons d’avoine dans un bol et garnir de tranches d’orange, de chocolat noir finement haché et de menthe fraîche.
