In this blog we zoom in on a specific reason to use ginger and turmeric, namely to detoxify . It is also said to promote our burning of nutrients throughout the day. An additional advantage of the citrus fruit would be that it promotes weight loss. It must be said that there is little evidence for this, losing weight is mainly a matter of a higher calorie burning than intake, but lemon can therefore support and possibly increase and promote that combustion in the body.

As mentioned, there are different ways to detox. Turmeric, ginger and lemon can help you with this in a natural way. An easy way to do that is to start the day with a shot, juice or tea made from one of the three natural detoxifiers or a combination of these.
