Preparation: 40 minutes
No refined sugars
● 60 grams of oatmeal
● 20 grams of almond flour
● 15 grams puffed quinoa (or extra oatmeal)
● 3 tablespoons applesauce
● 2 tablespoons curcum superfood syrup
● 1 mango
● 2 bananas
● teaspoon cardamom
● teaspoons cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons curcum superfood syrup
● (Vegan) yogurt or ice cream
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place all ingredients for the crumble in a large bowl. Mix well.
Cut the mango and banana into pieces and divide them in an oven dish. Mix in the turmeric, cardamom and cinnamon.
Then crumble the crumble mix over the fruit and put the crumble in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Serve with your favorite (vegan) yogurt or a scoop of ice cream!
